Headquartered in Orlando, Florida, Grendha Shoes Corporation is an independent subsidiary of Grendene S.A. of Farroupilha, Brazil. With a well-established parent company's presence in South America, Grendha Shoes Corporation entered the U.S. market in 1982, launching its first line of women's and children's Jellies at the World's Fair in Knoxville, Tenn. Selling first through independent distributors, Grendha Shoes Corporation opened its U.S. office in December 1994, and three months later established its own sales force.
